Comfortable  leather sofa and chairs with entertainment center featuring Cable TV, CD  player connected to home theater, DVD player and wireless internet  service.

Spiral  stairs lead to bedroom with built in dressers and bookcase and large  walk in closet. Natural pine plank flooring and pine beadboard paneling  with queen sized bed and ceiling fan over bed. 

Outside  is a bluestone patio with steps to the 20Ft cedar and aluminum dock  with swim ladder. Parking space is limited to one vehicle and the  cottage is limited to an occupancy of two adults.

Rates-  Summer rentals by the week only. Saturday to Saturday. Check in time is  4PM and checkout time is 10AM. $1300.00 per week in the summer, with a  $400.00 security deposit required and 9% Vermont tax added to the rental  rate. 1200  sq. ft. home with large deck facing the lake is situated above the road  and lake providing fabulous views. Open first floor plan with knotty  cedar plank paneling and skylight over sliding doors to the 33 X 12 foot  deck.

Kitchen  has autumn birch cabinets, slate floor and appliances including  dishwasher, trash compactor, refrigerator, gas stove and microwave. The  living room has a built in cabinet, Flat screen LCD TV, DVD/VCR player  and CD player. There is an IHome IPod player as well.  The second floor  has two bedrooms, one with a king sized bed and one with two twins. The  bathroom has a shower over tub and a 48 inch vanity with sink. The deck  off the front of the house has a Weber propane grill and an outdoor  dining area with  umbrella table and chairs and a separate seating area  with a sofa, chairs and coffee table. There are two lounge chairs for  soaking up the sun.

Located  on a dead end road that separates the house from the steps down to the  dock. The dock is located well below the street and has a 24 foot cedar  and aluminum dock with a seating area and chairs. Occupancy limited to  four people and two vehicles.
